Dr. Joseph Elisha brings over 20 years of anesthesia experience to Indio Surgery Center, where he serves as Medical Director. A graduate of Harvard Medical School, he completed both his Anesthesiology Residency and Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship at UCLA School of Medicine.

Board Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Elisha’s extensive experience includes open heart, vascular, thoracic, neonatal, pediatric, dental, and oral-maxillofacial surgery. His calm demeanor and meticulous attention to patient safety have established him as a trusted leader in pediatric anesthesia care across the region.

Dr. Elisha maintains active privileges at several local hospitals and is committed to providing every child at ISC with the highest quality of anesthesia care in a caring, child-focused environment.
