A Clear, Simple, Supportive Process Every Step of the Way
You’ll receive clear instructions about paperwork, fasting requirements, medical history, and arrival times. Our scheduling team will contact you within 48-72 hours of your referral to review everything and answer your questions. We want you to feel prepared and supported before you walk through our doors.
When you arrive, our front office team will welcome you, confirm paperwork, and review any remaining details. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and review key instructions one more time.
Families receive a pre-operative review from our clinical team to ensure all information is clear and questions are addressed prior to surgery.
During surgery, your child’s safety remains our top priority. A dedicated team of four medical professionals watches over your child throughout the entire procedure. You can relax in our waiting area, confident that your child is in capable hands.
We gently wake your child in a calm recovery area. A nurse remains with them until they are fully alert, comfortable, and ready to reunite with you. We review recovery instructions with you thoroughly and follow up to ensure your child is healing properly.
